So I embarked on a latex free diet for over a year. It didn’t really help, I still felt very ill most of the time and had lots, of ‘strange’ symptoms, I was also very fatigued.
Whilst researching my symptoms I found out about Histamine Intolerance, wow, what a difference this has made.
