What if can be used as a negative and positive statement. I'm sure like me you've used it in a negative way, what if I can 'never be #happy' what if I can 'never be #loved' etc But we can change that what if 'I'm an #amazing person' what if 'I #love myself' what if 'I'm totally #confident' We can use these positive statements as a mantra, in self talk, in meditation and so on.
