Hi, I’m Patti and I'm here to help because
​life is too short to live it anything other than well!

How would you like me to help you? I offer a number of Complementary and Natural Healthcare therapies, primarily Hypnosis, Havening, Psy-Tap and Reiki and have over 28 years experience in the natural/complementary health field. The last 25 years have been spent running my own practice in Radcliffe on Trent, Nottinghamshire and expanding the modalities I use to help people to even better health.  I have a nursing background, I've also worked in pharmacies, dental and GP practices so know a lot about allopathic treatments and the NHS.

After I had my children I started looking for help – it’s been an interesting journey that I have taken which has brought a wide range of professional skills together for so many personal reasons:
​

• I’ve been divorced twice, so I know about loss, change and guilt.
• I’ve had three serious car accidents, all when I wasn’t driving! I had trauma to my neck and back so I needed to find a treatment that made it better.
• I had severe anxiety about being a passenger in a car so I needed to find a technique that resolved that anxiety so I could travel again.
• I developed Cervical Dystonia after the accidents I needed to find an approach that was going to help me because medication only made me worse.
• My mum died after an operation when I was 17 and my brother was 13 and my mum 40, so I thought I’d die when I was 40 as well. It tore the family apart and I didn’t see my brother for several years.  It shaped our future as we didn’t receive any help.

My journey has been a long one but this means that YOU can benefit from my expertise and skills and not have to struggle by yourself! Like lego, I work with all ages from 1-99 and can help so please do ask how I can support you and your family.
